Basketball Game: Ruislip High v ASC Hillingdon

On Tuesday 30th January, 2024, our Year 7 and Year 8 basketball teams were invited to play a fixture at ASC Hillingdon. It was a great learning experience for RHS having the opportunity to play inside an incredible venue, against developed basketball teams.

In the end, it was ASC Hillingdon who emerged victorious, by a comfortable margin in both games. However, despite not bringing home a win, our students still played valiantly; showing off a range of excellent game skills and techniques. We are sure that as they continue to grow as a team, their confidence will only grow. 

Basketball is one of our most popular Above & Beyond Clubs, led by Mr Joseph. It is wonderful to see our students taking their interest in the sport beyond their PE lessons and their attendance at the enrichment club and playing competitively. We are sure that over time they will soon see success on the court!
